Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and unworn, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return you must first contact us via WhatsApp at 
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved the return address will be shared with you via WhatsApp along with further instructions.


Return Shipping Methods

Customers may return products using one of the following two methods:

Self-Return by Customer

You may return the product using any trusted local courier or logistics service.
In this case you must share:

  • A short video of the product before dispatch

  • The return shipping label or courier receipt

These details must be sent to us via WhatsApp.

Return Arranged by Us

If you prefer we can arrange the return shipment on your behalf.
In such cases the return shipping label will be shared with you via WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

  • Forward shipping charges are paid by us

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer in all cases regardless of the return method chosen


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us immediately upon receipt via WhatsApp at +91 838-30 8-9038 so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Claims reported after a delay may not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Only the exact item originally ordered and delivered by us is eligible for return. Any altered or substituted product will not be accepted.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item for approval

  2. Once the return is approved, we will ship the same or a replacement product accordingly


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Original packaging

  • Tags intact

  • Proof of purchase included


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
